"The location is inside a Gallery on the Champs Elysées. There are two bathrooms and one toilet. The appartment is properly maintained and pretty well decorated on a tight budget. Security is good with a badge to open the main entrance and the gallery is closed at night."
"The lift is always out of order, so you will have to carry your luggage to the second floor. The cleanless of the building is not good. It seems it is not properly maintained, though it has nothing to do with the apartment itself. In the appartment, decoration is good, cleanness is excellent, the bedrooms are extremely small, one of the two bedrooms doesn't have a window. The view from the apartment is on an internal patio: no view on Champs Elysées. Most of the neighbors are just PO BOX with an address of Champs Elysées"

"L'emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pied. La terrasse est très intime et agréable. L'aménagement à un charme authentique. La plage à proximité est magnifique."

"What a wonderful house in a fantastic location. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, right next to the dunes – perfect for long walks, even all the way to the other coast. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is wide, peaceful, and dog-friendly. The house itself has everything you need: a comfortable living area, a spacious open kitchen fully equipped with everything imaginable, a utility room, and clean, modern bathrooms. Upstairs there’s a lovely seating area on the landing with a view over the nature reserve. Everything was spotless, and the large fenced garden was perfect for my dog. We had all kinds of weather, including a heatwave, and to my surprise there was air conditioning – such a relief, especially for my dog, as walking to the beach was too hot at times. The host, Laura, was amazing – always quick to respond and very helpful. If you’re looking for space and quiet, especially outside the high season, this place is a gem."

"Habe drei Nächte im Cozy & Relaxing Stay verbracht. Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr positiv. Die Vorteile sind vielfältig: Lage – direkte U-Bahn-Verbindung vom Bahnhof, 20 Minuten mit der U-Bahn, plus 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist klein, bietet aber ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Es gibt eine Küche mit komplettem Geschirr, Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einem Toaster, einer Teekanne und einer einfachen Kaffeemaschine. Das Bett ist groß und bequem, die Bettwäsche ist sauber!!!, gute Handtücher. Zur Aufbewahrung von Sachen ist ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Check-in und Check-out erfolgten über Schlüssel im Safe, die Anweisungen waren sehr ausführlich. Wir waren mit dieser Unterkunftsmöglichkeit sehr zufrieden."
